2025 Edgartown Village Market Guidelines
1) All products for sale must be grown, produced, or hand-made on Martha’s Vineyard.
2) The resale of any wholesale goods purchased elsewhere is prohibited.
3) You may only sell another vendor’s goods at your table or booth if you applied as a shared table or received approval from market managers.
4) All food vendors must comply with all Board of Health standards and certification.
5) All vendors must sign and return the Vendor Liability form prior to the first market of the season.
6) Vendor fees for the season must be paid in full via digital invoice or check made out to the Edgartown Board of Trade, noted ‘The Edgartown Village Market’ prior to the first market of the season, unless a two-part payment schedule was agreed upon on an individual basis. There are no refunds.
7) Vendors are required to be on site no later than 9:00 AM and must be fully set up by 9:45 AM.
8) Vendors are required to stay for the entire market day.
9) Vendors are responsible for taking down their set-up and disposing of their own garbage
10) If a vendor is unable to participate in a market they have committed to, the vendor must notify the Market Manager as soon as possible. No refunds will be granted for unattended market dates.
11) In the event of field flooding due to inclement weather, the show may be relocated to the front lawn of the Daniel Fisher House. The Market Manager will send out an email detailing parking and setup instructions for this alternate location by 7AM day of market. The market will go on rain or shine. Vendors may opt out for the day or choose to leave early due to weather conditions at their own discretion. No refunds will be granted.
12) Acceptance for the 2025 season does not necessitate acceptance for any future seasons.
13) Market manager retains the right to dismiss vendors if the guidelines are not adhered to.
